Step 1: Raw Material Heating & Insulation
We use high-purity caprolactam monomer, heated and maintained at a precise temperature to ensure chemical stability before polymerization.
Step 2: Precision Static Casting
The molten nylon is poured into custom molds. This gravity casting process ensures zero internal stress and high density.
Step 3: Demolding & Annealing
After cooling, the nylon sheet is demolded. We then perform a controlled annealing process to enhance mechanical properties.
Nylon (PA) vs. UHMWPE (UPE) Performance Comparison
Choosing between Nylon and UHMWPE? While Nylon offers superior load-bearing (85 MPa tensile strength), UHMWPE provides unmatched self-lubrication (0.10 COF). Our 8.62M UHMWPE is the ultimate choice for wet environments, while our MC Nylon is preferred for high-load gear and rollers.
